Radio 1: Launch Event

The first issue of the poetry zine in print and sound RADIO will be presented, read, performed, and listened to. With live and recorded contributions by authors Ariston Baton, Sandra Sarala and Deanna Radford, with moderation by editor Alice Cannavà.

7.30 p.m.: Presentation with live and recorded readings and performances

RADIO is a collection of poems in original language published by Occulto. It consists of a DIN A5 booklet printed on selected odd-lot papers, and audio recordings that can be streamed or downloaded. Its double format and the involvement of authors who work across artistic disciplines aims at exploring, enjoying, and practicing poetry from auditory, performative, and visual perspectives.

SANDRA SARALA
Sandra Sarala (Berlin; Aotearoa New Zealand) is a singing poet, book maker, musician, actor and permaculturist whose work appears intermittently at permaterrailean.blogspot.com. She creates personal and intimate performance food for the soul using instruments, places, and sung and spoken words.
